Established representative office of Korea Vision, a company of South Korea, and around 20 foreign invested companies from USA, the PRC, Japan and South Korea, conducting its businesses in various sectors such as meat factory, road, infrastructure, mining, construction and hospital in Mongolia.

Acted for Moneypolo, a financial institution of United Kingdom, as local legal counsel in incorporation of its subsidiary NBFI in Mongolia and advised on foreign investment, and provided on-going legal services for whole business operations in Mongolia.

Conducted legal opinion and legal due diligence for LG International Corp on mining investment and co-operation agreement issues.

Provided permanent legal services to Wuerth Mongolia LLC, a subsidiary of The Würth Group, a top 10 companies in Germany, on debt collection and companies business activities.

Advised for investor on acquisition of shares of Mongolian financial company by Hong Kong investment fund. Deal value: US$7 million.

Advised NBIK LLC to review and draft EPC contracts and construction agreements for the development of Oyu Tolgoi Airport.

Served as legal advisor to a Chinese citizen born in Mongolia regarding the matter of Mongolian citizenship.

The general contractor of the Buuruljuut power plant established a Chinese-invested company and acquired a special license for the construction of power facilities.

Served as a on-going legal advisor in the Livestock Commercialization Project, executed by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Light Industry, financed by a concessional loan of 30 million US dollars from the World Bank.
