In 2019, issued an additional legal opinion on the issue of changes in the registration of securities in connection with the restructuring of “Khorgo Khairkhan” LLC through the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) of “Mongol Insurance” LLC.

Acted for Singapore investment fund in US$5 million deal on acquisition of Mongolian financial institution.

Acted as legal counsel for investment fund headquartered in Hong Kong in US$5 million convertible loan for Mongolian construction company.

Advised on US$18 million deal between Danish infrastructure corporation and the Governor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar city.

Acted as legal counsel on international and master franchise agreement of Bricks 4 Kidz between franchising company headquartered in Florida, United States of America and Mongolian company and provided legal service.

Delivered ongoing legal services to Tomyo Mongolia and Angel Skin Cosmetic Clinic, subsidiaries of Japan’s Tomio Corporation operating in Mongolia.

Conducted an assessment of the consequences of implementing the Telecommunications Law on behalf of the Ministry of Electronic Development and Communications.

Provided legal advisory services to the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Mongolia concerning the contract signing with a contractor responsible for operating the mobile number switching service center.

Advised a Mongolian non-banking financial institution on a 2 million USD loan deal on behalf of the Switzerland-based EMF Microfinance Fund, conducting a legal audit on the borrower and issuing a legal opinion.
