Renderred legal advice to Chinese investors regarding a dispute with the general contractor of a serviced apartment complex project valued at 100 billion MNT in Ulaanbaatar.

Assisted Keller Williams, the world’s leading real estate brokerage licensee, in establishing a company in Mongolia, obtaining a special license, and providing regular legal services to Keller Williams licensees and their affiliated market centers.

Provided legal services to the buyer in a 10 million USD project to acquire shares of a Mongolian company holding rare earth deposits.

Advised to investors on a 500,000 USD project to invest in a company holding a special license for the exploration and exploitation of phosphorite deposits in Mongolia.

Advised on 400 million tugrugs tax act case in relation to a claim of Mongolian retail and service company.

Acted for payee on tax debt collection and successfully collected all tax debt. Tax debt value: 360 million tugrugs.

Assisted Sangardia Czech company in registering an invention patent by offering intellectual property registration services.

Maintains continuous collaboration with patent offices and intellectual property agencies in Spain, Denmark, Greece, Germany, Russia, Singapore, China, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Advised on “Procurement and Installation of two units of MSSR Radar” project procurement announced by The Ministry of Road, Transportation, construction and urban development, Mongolian Civil Aviation Authority and provided all necessary legal services.
